SHIPPING – Patterns and CDs.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment.
If you are based in Australia, your order will be sent by Regular Post.
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following time frames
Regular Post: – 7 – 12 working days and is dependant on where you live.
Please allow for regional, state and national public holidays as these will impact on delivery times.
CHARGES
Regular Post: – Cost of postage is included in the purchase price of the product.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will replace the product on proof of damage. You will pay the postage of the replacement goods.
RETURNS
